When building out this website as a personal portfolio I found it challenging to figure out the best way to display different work in progress projects that aren’t specifically videos but instead workflows, ideas, or technical diagrams for scaling video production.
As most projects, this website will adapt and grow as I understand more about what workflow works best for me.
When building a product from scratch or learning new technical concepts, I like to jump in and get started without having all of the information. For me I just need to start or I will lean into not having all of the information as an excuse to not start something or not learn something new.
In my current role, I have learned so much by just diving in and seeing how I can make things better for the team or more scalable for our stakeholders. I have made mistakes and errors often but I have learned from those mistakes and have built out guard rails to ensure the team can still produce content while I change technical workflows at a broader scale.
